I’m Antoine, a student at Oxford University, and I am currently writing an article for a graduate journal on the possibilities of digital deliberation platforms for democracy and collective decision-making. I’m interested specifically in vTaiwan because of its impressive achievements.

Hey how do I access vTaiwan? I am Canadian but I would like to visit the space for inspiration for a system I am designing for where I live in British Columbia, Canada. Maybe I have to start municipally who knows... any info helps, thank you. :)

Hey just curios, So if a petition on Join gets 5,000 signatures and the government must respond, does this mean they have to have a collaborative meeting at that point?

Zhuo is the petitioner and Yang Jin-Heng is a Participation Officer for the Ministry of Finance.

they are professional public servants appointed by their ministers
