小學校民防相關專案 #cd-t-time
> 此專案主要是為了對社會大眾普及「民事防禦」議題的相關知識並引發討論。我們希望建構一個新形態的論壇，把各界不同的人士集合在網上，提取“下午茶”的概念，每日下午拋出一個與民防相關的議題，讓大家一同討論關於民防的相關知識與行動方案。本專案欲結合AI現有的工具，初期將網路上每天與民防有關的新聞整理後，丟出一個相關的問題，串連與運用以建立完善透明的內容來源「審核制度」，也致力將論壇營運的人事成本大幅降低，也使得論壇得以永續經驗與發展。
