行政院籌備多時的數位發展部正副首長人事底定，行政院長蘇貞昌正式核定，即將成立的數位發展部，首任部長由數位政務委員唐鳳出任，至於數位部的兩位政務次長，則由一卡通董事長李懷仁，亞矽人資長闕河鳴擔任，政院將在下午4時召開記者會宣布上述人事案。具國際知名度的唐鳳，獲府院高層賞識出任數位部首屆部長，被視為一大亮點。數位部預定在本月下旬立院開議前正式掛牌。
