hello guys, 哈囉大家, 我們上次線上會議有決定以下兩個小坑 (小組) 有興趣的人可以持續在大家都在的 regular meeting (例行性會議) 以外的時間自主相約討論。

第一個坑：成立演藝團體小組
內容包括撰寫登記成立演藝團體的文件、討論組織宗旨、也會作為之後製作網站的內容

第二個坑：token 機制設計小組
內容包括設計參加組織流程、提案方式、token 的使用流程

暫時討論的頻道(channel)就分別在已經開了的 #colab #dao 進行討論

把剛剛討論的 scenario 寫下來：
假設組織有 ABCDE 五人 + FG 兩位外部投資者

一開始 FG 可能各投 400 Ä， ABCDE的入會費可能 40 Ä，這樣起始基金就是 (400*2)+(40*5) = 1000 Ä

假設其中 1% 作為每月 UBI，所以 ABCDE每個人每個約都會收到 10Ä 的 UBI income

每當有活動時，可能是創作或會議，參與的角色都會收到一些回饋，比如說主持會議是 5 Ä 好了，今天可能 A 主持會議，那他的 5 Ä 就會從公積金給，但從公積金可以記錄每個 Ä 是從誰來的，比如說主持的比例分配是設定投資人分配 40%, 其他所有人分配 60%，這樣 FG 就等於各給 1Ä，然後 其他人 0.75Ä。

這些數字都小小的，但是如果能反映在每個人的帳戶上（例如在這個 prototype 的手機 app 介面上）可能會有鼓勵效果。因為接主持工作的人可以看到工作有些進帳，投資人知道自己的投資實際上用到哪裡去了，也看到組織有在運作，而團體的其他人也會因為看到自己戶頭微微（微米）的減少，而：1) 下次想要多接一些工作，多一些付出 2) 想要多拉人進來當分母(?)
週末我可能也可以加入討論解釋一下～但可能無法全程參加

1. 升值貶值的問題，與使用token (money/labour)作為交換媒介的雙方，有沒有形成等價 (exchange value)交換相關。

原本用來改善既有流程，現在用來想像/建立流程。

可以參照的方式：階層surface to core+end to end
不能參照的方式 沒辦法限制到很精確的一條scenarios，因為我們是在想像未知。

風險：一個是確定有需求去改善，另一個是不知道有沒有需求在想像。

解方：prototype慢慢試


進行方式：

我們先依據上次藝術松的結論 敘述藝術家遇到的挑戰
介紹 practical service design
在場的參與者 (尤其是藝術家) 繼續讓這個情境更立體
定義出scenarios，
如何選出順位 (可行性？短中長期？)

Hello 非常感謝大家參加小松，關於這次小松想來發一篇檢討文：

1. 主持流程：

- 關於松類活動，發現目前 colab 成員，對於大松、小松、松前會、甚至黑客松的形式不熟習，所以不知如何想像藝術松的進行。在台灣類似的組織有 g0v 、 vTaiwna 等等。不知道 @sylin 、@yitzu7 或是其他熟悉的夥伴們，可不可以就 g0v 及 vtaiwan 的活動型態、目的、經營方式貼一些資料協助大家跟上？

- 就這次 body/brainstorming 經驗，主持人或少數人可以玩一次將要進行的表格。用來知道每一個表，對團隊可用是什麼、無法用是什麼、我們的團隊應該聚焦表裡帶個我們反思的哪些面向，也包括哪些適合「大家」一同解決、哪些「分小組」解決、哪些「單兵」收集資料即可解決。這樣，就可以再大/小松裡，專注帶領解決「大家」及「分小組」類型問題。

- 大小松的主持人也可以以後是輪流的義務職。

2. 溝通方式：

- 學習提出具有建設性的建議：他人信任你，也才會真正聆聽你的想法。

- 去中心溝通的好處是，各個立場、身份的人，可以很快地就自己的經驗給予執行內容的回饋。例如，藝術行政不需要搞懂 token 的技術，而是以自己的身份，去說 token 可不可能用來與其他機構合作、怎麼樣作為後面行政的基礎...，策展人可以就參與經驗，說tokenize, 合作社, blockchain 怎麼促成一個展覽的可能，或是認為什麼樣的理論內容、怎麼樣的跨界交流，可以開啟藝術組織與藝術家、藝術品之間的方向...etc.。建議每個人，不時可以用自己的身份來出來，來思考組織及松帶給你的是什麼。

3. 人才方向：

目前tinyverse的人口組成裡，主要是「有跨界經驗」、「想改善藝術環境」這兩類的人口組合，有追求公平公義、跨界合作意願高及跨國合作能力高的特質。

在小松中「遊戲化八角」的發想過程裡，以下方式皆可幫助目前狀況：
- 以合作社名義、動員合作社裡的人數進行相關政策或議案連署。
- 以合作社名義與工會、文化政策組織、國內文藝團體機構合作或施壓。
- 透過合作社裡的教育單元、遊戲設計、活動，使工程師、設計師、藝術家等等有受到彼此教育與交流的機會，用來獲得跨界的靈感。
- 中英交互帶活動，成為與外國機構連結的窗口...etc.

建立 Token 具有協助價值交換、加強社群性等特質；藝術工作者，則可以幫忙驗證我們的以上的內容可不可行。然而，具有以上關懷的不一定是藝術家。同時，以上內容不一定需要依賴token解決。

接下來，我們可以開始邀進人建立組織、驗證可行性。但可以思考邀進人口的比例是：邀請多少「同樣理想的行動者」又邀請多少「藝術工作者」？

- 能不能跟要表態。使主要做事的人可以方便評估自己做事的規模，減少做事的人的負擔。

Maecenas is a decentralized art gallery that “democratizes access to Fine Art.” Using the Maecenas platform, you can purchase fractions of artwork using ART tokens. Although the owners keep possession of the physical artwork, you benefit from any appreciation in value.

On the other side of the transaction, art galleries in the Maecenas ecosystem are able to sell portions of their artwork in order to finance new installations. Instead of having to take out a high-interest loan, gallery owners raise funds by selling, say 20%, of their most valuable work.

The Maecenas team held a successful token crowdsale in which they raised over 50 thousand ETH. The crowdsale brought in several notable investors including Pantera Capital, the first U.S.-based Bitcoin investment firm. The team distributed the tokens in the following way:

30%: Crowdsale participants
30%: Reserve liquidity fund
20%: Partner and client acquisition
20%: Maecenas team
There are, and only ever will be, 100 million ART tokens.

Reserve liquidity fund是不是類似銀行要有流動資金，可以週轉、借貸、投資（我反而不懂這部份token的所有人是誰）
我看完那個另一篇報導加自己很久遠以前的金融背景知識舉個情境例子：
背景前提，Maecenas有一個線其實可以看成是各種藝術家所創作的藝術品們的大型買賣（可能用投資這兩個字比較精準）市場，而進來這個市場的人先叫投資者好惹，而藝術品A本人在Maecenas的市場機制下被設計成一款金融商品A，為的是達成大家都能因為買下%部分的金融商品A而佔有藝術品A的%擁有權。

到這邊我們可以先暫時想成股票（雖然其實比較像是基金fund）比較有感覺，就很像今天我買了一張台積電股票，而我就是台積電這家公司的%小股東，但是突然有一天我預期接下來他會跌價，所以想脫手！不過脫手並不是想脫就脫，必須要找到下一個買家願意用你的賣價收購。這時候這個過程就稱為流動性風險Liquidity Risk(可以想成想離場卻抓不到交替的風險）

因此Maecenas提到他們大大降低大家離場時的風險，在設計此藝術投資金融商品的時候，reserve liquidity fund 就是用來協助退場機制，穩固整個市場的買賣流動性。
